Terms and Conditions

Oversiis Inc. is a trading name for 13180727 Canada Inc., a company registered in Ontario Canada.

The Terms and Conditions apply to all users accessing this website.

All users must be age compliant and in any case cannot be viewed as a minor i.e. under the age of 18.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Canadian Government.

All payments must be collected by authorized user as deemed by regulatory authorities in Canada. Third party payments can be paid directly or as a pass through via Oversiis Inc. to the company’s authorized vendors, agents as per client/user agreement.

All payments are collected in CAD.

Delivery and Service Policy

Upon acceptance of the business agreement customers may make a payment to Oversiis authorized parties as stated in the business agreement. These payments can be made via Bank Transfer, Checks and Online Transfers/Payments to Oversiis authorized parties. Payments to Oversiis authorized immigration consultants and must be made to indicated Trust Accounts or per jurisdiction of immigration regulators. Upon receipt of payment Oversiis consultants shall confirm all details and ensure initial review of the client history and background checks have been conducted correctly. Oversiis will then deliver the following on either face to face or on a video/telephone calls or in an email with full supporting documents and requirements.

1. Oversiis shall conduct an initial review of the client’s information and requirements. All sensitive and bio-information will be passed on to specialized consultants.

2. Oversiis consultants shall advise the client and agree with documents required for submission, assuming all documents received from the client are correct.

3. Oversiis shall then review the documents to ensure that they are accurate and meets the respective country’s government rules and criteria.

4. Oversiis consultants shall complete all application forms and shall submit each application to the government authority or shall provide the client with the completed application form for the client submission, following government regulations.

5. Oversiis staff and consultants shall provide you with advice, support and assistance throughout the process as applicable.

6. Delivery of services is by either via live face to face consultation or via video/telephone calls and/or by a emails with supporting documents as deemed appropriate.

Refund Policy

Oversiis service provider that helps potential customers with document checking, verifying, translating, copying and forwarding, via regulated consultants, to any government authorities on behalf of their customers. Services are deemed completed when a consultation has been completed with a client and a document checklist and a step by step process on how to submit an application have been discussed and delivered to the customer.

Once payment is made by a customer they will receive a receipt by email to the email address provided to Oversiis. This is usually done within 24 hours of receiving cleared funds.

Oversiis operates a fair purchase policy of any service from our site. We accept that Oversiis will be committed to refund a client back in full for any amounts paid to us (not including any third-party fees) in the following circumstances:

1. Oversiis consultants gave wrong advice with regards to a customer’s application that resulted in a negative decision.
2. Customer is unable to get a positive outcome due to our team’s negligence.

The customer confirms that they have read and understood our terms and conditions. These are emailed to the customer at the point of sale. If the customer is not happy with the terms they must raise this issue within 24 hours in writing to [email protected].

If a refund is issued, Oversiis shall refund back in the original mode of payment made by the customer. The refund shall conform to Oversiis’s Terms and Conditions.

No Refund Policy: The customer agrees that they will not liable to claim a refund in cases where they wish to end their agreement with services and withdraw from, in urgency or with an immediate withdrawal right before the time of submission to immigration and government authorities.

Cancellation Policy: A Customer can cancel their application within 24 hours of signing the business agreement; refunds will be made back to the payment mode used by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed. All post consultation completion refund requests will be automatically rejected.
